What every listing tells you
- Width, depth, thickness
- Three numbers, in inches, at the top of every listing. Read them against a tape measure on your own desk and the mat you order is the mat that fits.
- The artwork runs past the trim
- We print past the cut line, so the design reaches all four stitched edges. The top is a fine-weave microfibre; underneath is textured rubber that grips the desk.
- The delivery charge is on the page
- One rate for the whole United States, printed next to the total before a card number is typed. Sales tax is worked out from your delivery address at the same step.
- A month to send it back
- If the size is wrong or you simply changed your mind, an unused item comes back within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The returns page spells out who covers the postage.

Will a mat fit under my monitor stand?
Usually, and the listing tells you. A Compact mat is 23.6 inches wide, Large is 31.5 and XL is 35.4; the depth is printed beside each. Check the footprint of the stand against those figures. A 4 mm mat slides under most stands without lifting them.
Is the price on the page the amount I pay?
Not quite. The page price is in US dollars and does not include sales tax, because tax depends on where the parcel is going. At checkout you enter an address, the tax and the flat shipping rate are added, and that total is what the card is charged.
When does an order leave?
Table gear is on the shelf and goes out in one to two business days. Mats are printed after you order and go out in two to four. From there the carrier needs three to seven business days across the United States; the checkout shows the window for your ZIP code.
I ordered the wrong size. What now?
Keep it unused and in its packaging, and write to support with the order number within 30 days of delivery. We reply with a return label and instructions. The refund goes back to the original card once the parcel reaches us.
